Seller Policy

• There are absolutely NO fees for selling on Bechlo.pk! Listing any number of products is FREE!
• You must write a complete and proper product description as per the template provided. All details that apply to your product must be mentioned.
• Our platform does not permit the sale of undergarments, replica products, unstitched items, electronics, or furniture. Sellers are required to adhere to these guidelines for listing approval.
• Make sure the item is properly wrapped in a bag or put inside a box to insure safe
  shipping.
• All preloved items should be dry cleaned/washed properly before dispatch.
• Bechlo.pk reserves the right to disapprove a product upon inspection if it is damaged or not in the condition mentioned by the seller.
• Bechlo.pk charges a flat 25% commission on all products sold. There are no other
  hidden fees or costs to you as a seller.
• Any sort of direct conversations and transactions between the seller and buyer is strictly not allowed.
• The pictures should be authentic and real-time. Uploading pictures from the brand’s catalog is not acceptable. If you are found to upload fake pictures you will be removed from our website.
• You have to upload pictures of any defects and damages in the products as well as mention it in the product description to avoid your product being returned back to you.
• The selling price must be lower than the original price.
• Any product claimed to be branded must be 100% authentic. Any sellers selling replicas & copies will be blacklisted from our platform.
• After the product has been received by the buyer, payment will be received by the seller within 10 business days. All payments will be made to the seller by bank transfer. Payments can be requested by Easypaisa or Jazzcash at the sellers expense.
• Once the product is sold it can not be reversed.
• You are requested to be careful about your login details (username and password).
• In case of any suspicious activity with your account, please contact Bechlo.pk at your earliest.
• Any product that does not meet the set standards can be disabled and disapproved from the website.

Buyer Policy

• Any sort of direct conversations and transactions between the seller and buyer is strictly not allowed.
• Please reach us immediately after receiving your order to check if it matches the
  description and is in the said condition.
• All returned items must be in the same condition as delivered and in proper packaging. Failing to do so may lead to refusal of refund.
• All pictures on the website are as accurate as possible but please allow a slight margin of color difference due to screen resolution of each device.
• You are advised to go through the product images and description carefully to avoid any issues with your order. In case of any further queries, feel free to contact us.
• All deliveries are done using a third-party service therefore, Bechlo.pk cannot be held liable in the event of theft, delayed delivery, product damage, or loss in the process of delivery.
