How to Use:

HOW TO BUILD MEGA VOLUME Wiggle brush at the root of lashes to load up volume, then coat to tips. Use the brush to “lift” lashes up from the root, twisting as you apply.

Coat hard-to-reach lashes (smaller inner & outer lashes, bottom lashes) using the brush tip. It’s buildable, so layer it to pump up to desired volume.
